Job Description : M & A DIRECTOR INDONESIA An excellent M&A Director job has just become available at an international consulting firm in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the business critical role, you will oversee overall integration activities and to provide strategic recommendation in critical function area on behalf of client. • Deliver a wide range of concurrent deals and various post deal assignments and act as client representative • Perform due diligence on an investment target company and recommended several financial recommendations to be presented to the client • Assess business strategy of clients with the objective to increase shareholder value including analysis of operational process work flows, operating efficiency, working capital requirements • Act as project manager to administer and operate within different project areas and manage people to deliver scheduled and on demand services in time, scope and budget agreed with client To succeed in this M&A Director job, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in technical finance and accounting skills as well as possess excellent leadership skills.: • Bachelor's and master's in Economics, Financial Engineering, Finance or Accountancy • Maximum of 18 years' experience in management consulting or strategic financial/corporate finance/ M&A/IPO, coming from investment banking/financial services • Strong fluency and public speaking skills • Strong work commitment and ready for high mobility working arrangement
