Job Description : M & A DIRECTOR INDONESIA Actively work and develop Indonesian Strategic Advisory projects, particularly on business development efforts and execute transactions in Indonesia. Handle all aspects of Merger and Acquisition (business strategy, archiving budget, origination, execution, due diligence, etc. Lead advisory franchise, and advising clients from the digital economy and from traditional industries. • Be responsible for business development by identifying and originating Indonesian M&A transactions • Collaborate with the bank’s relationship managers to deepen client relationships through strategic dialogues on their corporate objectives • Lead the crafting of suitable M&A or advisory solutions for clients and supervise the preparation of client materials • Guide clients as they evaluate and decide on feasible solutions • Manage the execution of key transaction work streams including legal documentation and negotiations • Assist in managing client and/or investor interactions • Mentor and coach junior team members To succeed in the Head of M&A role, you need to be able to liaise with internal auditor and/or quality assurance team to provide assurance and validation of internal controls as well as keeping previous findings on IT control lapses have been resolved and updated. • 18 years' M&A experience with strong exposure to Indonesian client coverage is required • Proven record of leading and executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, capital raises and restructurings • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English • Project and client/stakeholder relationship management skills • Proven ability to foster a cohesive team culture, and demonstrated ability to work effectively with regional team members
