20 yearsJob Description : Head - CDMO-Business Development & Sales for USA/Europe Region for Reputed Pharma company Should be Msc with MBA with 20 plus year similar experience from reputed CDMO/CRO companies only Experience of handling customers from US & EU regions. • Customer profiling (pipeline, therapeutic indication, type and phase of the molecule, working history with other CROs / CMOs along with key contacts). • Grow new business opportunities with prospective clients and established accounts. • Responsible for achieving the division’s target in terms of net revenue & gross margin. Market research and analysis: • Mining, visualizing and interpretation of data and statistics for NCEs and existing molecules based on therapeutic areas and molecule type. • Market size, anticipated revenues and competitors. • Clinical trial data to check the health of each molecule at their respective stages. • Regulatory requirements based on countries, zones asked by specific regulatory bodies. • Infrastructure requirement based on volume and historical data related to a particular molecule. Account management: • Gain customer confidence by on time in full delivery of target molecules within the budget. • Nurturing existing accounts for repeat and new business. • Passing the project merits to customers for improved pricing eventually. • Identify the bottlenecks, maximize revenues, and control the production costs.
