Job Description : CLUSTER F&B DIRECTOR - GEORGIA This job role would suit a Georgian National or someone who has recent experience in the region. In brief, this job role will involve overseeing all the culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations in their current portfolio and be involved with all new openings too. You will set up the foundations for the operations department by defining strategies, goals and objectives for the department and each team member. As DOFB, you will also be required to build win/ win partnerships and collaborations with local partners, businesses and suppliers to develop new revenue generating opportunities or branding.
