Job Description : Director of Talent – Global Hotel Group, Thailand Base! international hotel owner, operator and investor with a large and very diverse portfolio of hotel brands across the world. We are looking for a dynamic Director of Talent – this will be a corporate role and based in Thailand but with travel! The position will drive and execute the deployment of the talent acquisition and development framework for the Hotels. This framework provides assessment, talent pipelining (internal and external) and talent development solutions that propels team member and organizational effectiveness for the achievement of the Groups business strategy.
