Job Description : HEAD OF IT INDONESIA A large retail group is recruiting for a Head of IT (SAP) job in Jakarta, Indonesia. About the Head of IT (SAP) Role: You will take the lead for SAP initiatives in the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP initiatives, develop project plans and manage the implementation Implement SAP S4HANA modules Manage Project, warranty project status update, project milestone, and identifying current and possible project issues and provide list of alternatives solutions (technical and change management process) Participate in overall ERP applications portfolio roadmap and program planning to represent the service operations perspective ensuring service provider is prepared to support the program, and as projects move from development into a sustain mode service introduction is properly planned and executed Design, improve and implement robust and controlled business process solutions for operations functions utilising SAP and supporting systems to ensure effective integration with other business functions and applications Work with business and IT teams to define and deploy best in class business process and integration improvements utilising SAP and Life sciences best practices Lead teams of SAP Business Analysts and other project team members from the business in the delivery of critical projects which require end to end process and technical expertise based on best practices, business process and SAP expertise Internal and external client/customer service and support Full life cycle development Quality-assurance strategy/process To succeed in this Head of IT (SAP) role, you must have detailed knowledge of integration points between SD, WM, FICO, MM and others. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required specialising in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degree is strongly recommended Experience in SAP implementation full cycle Proven project management and leadership skills, including the ability to gather clear business requirements and develop value-based business cases SAP Certification is an advantage Fluent in English (Business Level) is a must Good problem solving skill, analytical and logical thinking Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in tight schedule with under pressure Expert knowledge in Computerised System Validation Detailed knowledge of integration points between SD, WM, FICO, MM and other SAP modules
