Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD INDONESIA An excellent Head of Finance job has just become available at an international bank in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the business critical role, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring reporting (local, management, regional and regulator) and regulatory affairs. Oversee and represent the bank's finance department and all financial and accounting operations of the bank Adhere to all related generally accepted accounting principles (PSAK and IFRS), tax and regulatory laws, rules and regulations to adequately and accurately reflect the financial position and results of the bank at all times Ensure high-quality and integrity of finance deliverables to the management, the shareholders, Indonesia regulators (BI/OJK/Tax) and Australia regulators (APRA) Participate in and assist the bank in formulating and meeting its overall strategic business plans and goals, including the bank's capital plan Be involved in strategic plans to meet liquidity and income producing objectives Conduct financial and management reporting Plan, coordinate, and execute effective processes related to the bank's capital and asset and liability structure Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies, procedures, practices and internal controls To succeed in this Head of Finance job, you must be proficient in English, have solid experience in technical finance and accounting skills as well as having an exposure within corporate banking. Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance is required, postgraduate degree is preferred Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial control/reporting/accounting Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic approach Experienced with management/financial reporting as well as with complex cost accounting Dedicated, hands-on and results-driven personality
