Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR UAE 20+ years experience The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues). Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.) Manage day to day operations including staffing, scheduling, process designing and automation. Client Communication across countries. Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects Should be an IIM/IIT Passout with good industry and operational exposure. Should be willing to relocate to Dubai. Should have managed team size of 250+ employees including White Collar, Blue Collar from various nationals. Should have good leadership skills. Six Sigma certification preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong experience in service delivery and management.
