10 yearsJob Description : GM MALDIVES General Manager Location: Maldives Reports to the Board of Directors/Management and shall act based on the policies established by the Organization. Manages, supervises, and controls the day-to-day business and affairs of the Company, and takes such actions as necessary and appropriate to carry out such management, supervision, and control. You need to uphold the highest standard of establishing and developing the goals of the organization. Responsible to develop the strategic plans for all departments. Oversee the entire functions of each department. Liaise with the department managers and seek their suggestions to improve the quality of the work force. Assign weekly performance goals and assure the completion of the goals. Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values. Develop new business relationships and accelerate for expansion. Uphold project timelines and make sure al the tasks are accomplished on time. Review all the accounting activities of the organization. Oversee all the permission from the government and record it. Record all the copies of contracts prevailing in the entity. Support and train all the staff and lead them and Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen areas where they are lacking their skills. Oversee the entire manpower requirement and recruit the best choice. Responsible to take immediate decisions and implementation of it. Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization. Communicate regularly with the management and keep them posted about the progress of the organization. Coordinate with the clients whenever is required and make sure that they are getting best of our service. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers. Responsible for bringing new sales and productive clients. In charge of the Sales efforts. You should be a natural motivated to the entire crew. Should be able to set high standards and stretching targets, helping your Heads of department achieve their full potential. Plan and prioritize and the sort of work while balancing the urgency. Turn strategy into operational reality with an understanding of experience. Build effective working relationships with a wide variety of colleague, and partners. Prepares and sends to the Directors monthly reports on the finances and operations of the Company, in a form approved by the Board of Directors; Hires and fires employees of the Company and set their compensation in conformity with criteria and terms and conditions approved by the Board of Directors. 1. University degree in an engineering discipline.2. MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification from a business school. 3. Immediate to join 4. Mature to handle entire organization 5. At least 10-years experience in working with different departments.
