General Manager

Job Description : GM OPERATIONS AND SALES VIETNAM · Must have experience in Sheet Metal & Laser Cutting manufacturing plant. He should be responsible for sales, production & planning. · Develop and implement strategies to promote efficient and cost-effective work practices and monitor and analyse work practices and cost factors within the plant and manufacturing team. · Coordinate daily production requirements Heading Plant Operations, Customer Service experience. · Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing operations will be an advantage. · To developing new process concepts for production optimization- yield improvement, effective manpower deployment & enhancing machinery utilization · Role will be to manage all function of machine shop including Production, Operations, Quality control, Support function. · Interaction with vendors. · Develop and monitor all necessary procedures to ensure continued efficient operation. Desired Candidate Profile : · Bachelor's Degree required (Mechanical), Masters Degree preferred · 20+ years experience in Sheetmetal and manufacturing · Ability to excel in a team environment while multi-tasking, and engage other COE team members as needed to design robust solutions to complex issues. · Excellent project management implementation skills · Solution-Based and results-orientated leadership style. · Experience in influencing and getting results through others · Excellent written and verbal communication skills including written business reporting, verbal business reporting, creating agendas, and facilities. · Must possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. · Very good communicating skills. · Preferred Telecom or Data center experience. · Work location is Vietnam, Bac ninh.
