Maintenance Head

Job Description : MAINTENANCE HEAD NIGERIA 25+ years experience • Develop and sustain strong Maintenance Team • Implementation of PM Program and achieve >98% reliability. • Maintenance Planning & Compliance (100% A Critical PM, >95% B Critical PM) • Effective corrective maintenance. (Re-work Target Nil) • Effective implementation of Work Permit system (Utilization of JSA, Work Permit, Hot/Cold Permit and all applicable certificates.) • Maintenance of Gas engines, Performance based maintenance & hands on Over hauling (Preferably Waukesha & CAT or other Reciprocating type) • Maintenance & hands on Over haul of Diesel engines, Compressors, Pumps, Control values • Over all Trouble shooting and maintenance rotating equipment. • Trouble shooting of lubrication systems, Expander, Compressors and Pumps seals system. • Experience in lifting study, Inspection Programs, Fabrication and Assembly Knowledge, Workshop Experience. • Tool room setup and management. • Develop maintenance procedure and liaise with vendors and OEMs to resolve technical issues. • Raise PRs, provide technical reviews and ensure timely procurement. • Lead Stock balance and ensure critical spares stock is maintained
