Sales Manager

Job Description : Sales Manager KUWAIT Required Industry Experience: Refineries, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or any allied chemical fields. Job Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for sale of Water Treatment Chemicals both specialty and commodity (Cooling water, Chilled water, Boiler water, Effluent water) in assigned territory. 2. Manage the team and maximize their performance by monitoring the processes, educating customers and subordinates by giving training. 3. Directly responsible for revenue collection against invoices in direct clients. 4. To control business attrition by providing value added services to the clients. 5. Implementation of sales promotion activities and achieving sales target. 6. Executing trouble shooting program and monthly report submission to the customers. 7. Responsible for sales through proper people survey, plant survey, value added services, executing business review meetings, report making and ROI to the customers. 8. Preparing Techno-Commercial offers (Tender/Bid) for Cooling water, Boiler water, Reverse Osmosis systems, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant Commodity Chemicals etc.
