Chief Delivery Officer

Job Description : CHIEF DELIVERY OFFICER KSA a major real estate development company under Saudi Vision 2030 and currently looking for a Chief Delivery Officer to look after elevating project delivery and executing company goals across portfolios and within program teams. ? Oversee the overall management of contractors and maintain responsibility for ensuring the project is completed as per the budget, schedule and quality standards and all contractual requirements are met ? Monitor performance of PMO and PMCs, attend meetings and on-site visits to verify construction status. ? Review, expand and refine initial high-level plan and budget developed during feasibility phase and review against PMCs project schedules and budgets. ? Ensure that Project Procurement places all contracts required to complete the project stream. ? Provide input into the project design phase as required. ? Ensure that budget and schedule deviations, issues, and risks are identified, assess impact, define action plans, and seek appropriate approval. ? Ensure that design issues are addressed (i.e. change orders). ? Liaise with relevant parties to address constructability issues. ? Ensure onsite filing, control and maintenance of project design and execution documents. ? Ensure management of project contracts and ensure project compliance with terms and conditions. Develop the department's strategy, goals, initiatives, and plans, whilst providing advice, guidance and direction to subordinates during the execution of major plans and initiatives ? Develop the department's annual budget, including all financial and human resource requirements, as well as monitor and control budget expenditures accordingly ? Monitor the short and long-term operations of the division, driving operational improvement initiatives based on identified operational performance and GAPs ? Develop and maintain the department's guidelines, policies, and processes and champion their implementation across, where applicable ? Lead, develop, and motivate the department's employees, and champion the company’s culture, values, and behaviors across the division ? Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent ? Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred • 20+ years of experience in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field, with a minimum of 5 years working on large and complex luxury resort and hospitality projects and 5 years working on the developer side • Ideally 7 - 10 years of Managerial experience, 1-2 at a senior management level a plus
