Job Description : GM SALES AND MARKETING TANZANIA company is a leading Decorative Paint Manufacturing Company in East Africa. Job Location : EAST AFRICA Job Responsibilities: - Develop and coordinate the implementation of corporate plans and strategies. - Develop a financial strategy that supports short/long term goals to take the company to greater heights of performance and profitability. - Maintain and continuously innovate brands that appeal to the changing needs of different market segments for customer satisfaction, loyalty and revenue growth. - Develop and implement operational standards, controls, systems and procedures to ensure good governance practices. - Oversee the fiscal activities of the company including budgeting, expenditure, audit and reporting while ensuring compliance to legal and regulatory requirements. vi. Take custody of all company assets for proper management and use. - Embed the ethos of exemplary Customer Service in the fabric of the organization by ensuring good relationship management among all stakeholders. - Build a cohesive team of highly skilled/professional management staff, assign accountabilities, and provide general oversight on the day-to-day activities to ensure delivery of company and individual performance targets. - Identify staff development needs through performance feedback and implement programs that prepare individuals for growth and higher responsibility. - Organize regular Management meetings to celebrate achievements. xi. Represent the company in business meetings. Desired Profile : - B.E. - Chemical / Diploma - Paint Technology + MBA with 15-20 years experience in Sales & Marketing in Decorative Paint Mfg. Co. - Should have worked as a General Manager / SBU Head at least for 3- 5 yrs. - Africa experience is desirable.
