Job Description : BEVERAGE PLANT MANAGER LUMBASHI DRC • Ensure and Manage smooth operations of the Plant • Manage production as per targets/budgets • Monthly operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards • Line productivity Ensure the desired efficiency • Implement and drive Operation Excellence tools like Lean manufacturing, TPM, 6 SIGMA for process, 5S for process, efficiencies, and productivity improvements. • Fulfil the statutory / legal compliance. • AIB Standards to be maintained at all times • Language: French Mandatory (Non- French Speaking Candidates are requested not to apply) • Qualification: Master / Bachelor of Engineering (M.Tech / B.Tech)- Mechanical/Electrical. • Experience: 15 Years & above reach experience on Production & Maintenance & handled Plants Operation (Preferably from Beverages) Saving: $6000 • Local Allowance: $800 - $1000 • Bachelor's Accommodation • One Return Travel Ticket Every Year
