8 yearsJob Description : ADMIN MANAGER DUBAI A logistics and shipping organisation based in Dubai are currently looking to hire an Admin Manager to join their growing organisation. • Local Petty Cash Management • Coordination of all Bank Payments and Anti-Fraud Checks • Management of Corporate Credit Cards • Management of Internal Digital Expenses Management System • Point of contact for monthly Gratuity contribution payments • Planning and arranging of relocations and handling of expatriates • Support with visa application letters and employee certifications • Support with salary payments, invoices and reimbursements to/from staff and cash flow requirements, addition or deduction of staff salary. • Reliably monitor and update leave record and issuance of quarterly and yearly reports. • At least 8 years of Finance experience • Prior HR generalist working experience is preferred • Seasoned in the DIFC Employment Labor laws • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, any additional language is a plus • Strong communication skills and a high sense of confidentiality is required • Prior overseas working experiences is a plus
