The ideal candidate should be commercially astute with a proven track record of product, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 15+ years in B2B and B2C Sales Channels. The Job responsibilities include the below but are not limited to: · P&L Accountability · Plan and Deliver the Annual Sales budgets · Set and Implement Product and Price strategy · Operations Management & Store profitability · Devise the Marketing Strategy · Business Development · Supplier relationships · Supply Chain Process and Cost Control · Team Development & Succession Planning Skills & Experience · 15+ Years Retail Management experience · Strong negotiation skills · Commercially astute and profit focussed · Influencing and collaborative management style · Comfortable managing complexity · Arabic is an advantage but not essential · Background in Retail of Medical equipment is preferred
