Production Head

Job Description : Production Head in a manufacturing unit for Western Africa ( Immediate joiners preferred) . The prerequisites for this position are : Experience- 1. 12- 15 years in the same industry (out of which 5 years plus should be as head of production) 2. Experience is required in high speed rolling mills with strong knowledge in induction, furnace operations, strong leadership abilities, team work and leading teams Educational Qualification - 1. BSC Engineering (mechanical, electronics, metallurgy) 2. Six Sigma Certification or any relevant certification 3. Language: English Communication skills is mandatory Compensation and Benefits - 1. Salary: USD2000-2500 ( negotiable) 2. Yearly incentive per company policy and per individual and company policy in addition to the salary 3. Leave: 30 days for each year of service completed 4.
