Job Description : SALES HEAD DRC FOR ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS Leading and reputed company in DR Congo with twenty plus years experience and specialized in the field of I.T, communication, security, printing, electrical products, solutions and services supplying the countrys corporate, UN related agencies and NGOs as well as government markets. Skills Required : • Technical knowledge of Medium voltage & low voltage switchgear Products with brand Schneider Electric / ABB such as Circuit breakers, Transformers, PCC, MCC, Distribution board, ATS, Control panels, Capacitor bank, Variable frequency drive, Stabilizer, UPS, etc. • Business development skills for electrical sales & projects. Job Responsibility • Efficiently and successfully lead the workforce of the electrical department to achieve its targets. • Handles sales towards clientele related to and within the electrical department. • Lead, and provide contribution when needed, in Project BOQs, Project implementation and closure of projects. • Prepare costing, schematic diagram, bill of material and technical specifications for electrical projects like medium & low voltage power distributions, backup solutions, solar systems, industrial & domestic wiring & fittings, etc. • Detail engineering for electrical projects, load calculation, cable sizing calculation, equipment sizing calculation. • Prepare product presentation for client. Prepare site survey report, project completion report. • Prepare the project planning in MS project, do the site execution as per planning. • Ability to lead the whole electrical department in terms of sales and project implementation Desired Candidate Profile • Should have an electrical engineering background with 10+ year experience in Electrical Sales • Experience/exposure in mining industries will be added value. • Must have minimum 5-year+ working knowledge of design software AutoCAD 2013 for electrical projects. • Must have minimum 5-year+ working knowledge of ERP system like SAP. • Perfect command and fluency in the English language, both in a written and spoken aspect • Ability to communicate in French, through either writing or speaking will provide added value • Proven track record in sales as well as successful project implementation
