Managing Director

Job Description : MD UAE a leading business within multiple services across the GCC and looking for a Managing Director for their Dubai Office. The MD will be responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. This includes setting strategic goals and objectives, developing and implementing business plans, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. The Managing Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the local industry and market, and the ability to make strategic business decisions. The Managing Director should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the services industry and a proven track record of successfully leading and growing a business. Additionally, the Managing Director will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Lead UAE operations as well as coordinate with other offices for business requirements Work closely with the team to understand and improve operations Continuously strive for operational excellence. Lead major initiatives and new service launches Tap into their network and identify new opportunities to accelerate growth In charge of growth revenue – by bringing in new contacts and partnerships Create strategic plans to achieve budgeted targets Work with service providers in effectively utilizing resources in hand Oversee and manage the P&L Execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives Ensure that the business is compliant with local and regional laws Direct reports will include Operations, Sales, Risk, Compliance and Legal This role is ideally suited to a COO / Head of Operations / Operations Director / MD with a track record in the services industry including finance, strategy, consulting, technology.
