20 yearsJob Description : Chief Executive Officer CEO -Beverages /FMCG Looking for a Dynamic , Capable Professional to Lead an Organisation as CEO of a Large Group into Beverages /Bottling Operations with Multiple Operating units Key Responsibilities: Will Head the Complete Sales Operations of the Organisation & be Responsible for Conceptualising, Strategizing & leading various Initiatives to Achieve Top & Bottom-lines. Leading Initiatives by focusing on Productivity / Performance Drive Change Agenda & Implement Best Practices. Managing Strategy, New Channel Development, launch of New Products, Manage Investments & Cash flow, Deliver Returns to Shareholders. Manage the Organization's Resources. Negotiate & Approve Agreements & Contracts for the Organization. Lead the Development of the Organization's long & Short-Term Strategies. Manage Overall Operations, Guide, Motivate & Build a High Performing Team. Increase Revenues /Income & Implements Operating Cost Controls in the Areas of Staffing, Supplies, Purchased Services, etc Creates an Environment & Culture that Focuses on Meeting the Company’s Mission, Vision & Values. Develops Business Prospects by Closely Observe Market Trends & Revenue Opportunities, Acquisition & Expansion Prospects Identifying Opportunities for Improvement, Cost Reduction, Systems / Process Capability Enhancement. Works Closely with the Executive Management Team to Develop & Retain Quality Talent, lead & Mentor Staff, Engaging & Empowering them to be Successful in their Functional Domain Areas. Oversees Financial Performance & Risk Profile while ensuring Regulatory Compliances . Develop & Implement Effective Business Strategies. Monitors Company Performance by Measuring & Analysing Results, Initiating Corrective Actions & Minimizing the Impact of Variances. Professional Skills & Expertise: Corporate Management, Financial Planning & Strategy Forecasting, Marketing & Business Development Risk Management, Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Budgeting, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash flow & Capital Planning Management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities A Technical & Financial Savvy leader with the Ability to Set Clear Priorities, Delegate & Guide Investment in People & Systems. Excellent Interpersonal & Communications Skills to Create & Maintain Rapport with all Stakeholders. Qualifications & Key Requirements: Preferably MBA/PGDM from a Reputed B-School with about 20-25 years of leadership Experience in Beverages/FMCG Industry. Must have Demonstrated Exceptional leadership qualities. Must be Currently at CEO/President/SBU-Head or National Sales Head level with a well-Managed Organization.
