Job Description : HR & Admin Manager for production units in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in an Apparel Manufacturing & Exporting unit . The ideal candidate should be good in English communication skills and Computer savvy. Educational Qualification Must have a Bachelor's degree. Ø General Administration Knowledge Ø Senior Capacity and be able to advise management for improvements on all admin areas including transport management Ø Knowledge of HR practices and policies Ø Must have worked in Large Apparel companies – preferably with Union and have experience of handling Labour issues. Ø Negotiation Skills with suppliers and contractors, etc. Ø Should have experience in handling labour / government officials, police , union and handling mass employee issues etc..( Experience in handling labour legal cases would be an added advantage) Ø Prepare and submit Management MIS Report. Ø Decision Making Ø Logical reasoning capacity Ø Follow instructions Clearly. The salary bracket for this position is USD 1700 to USD 2000 plus accommodation and other benefits.
