Project Control Head

Job Description : HEAD PROJECT CONTROL -INDIA The major responsibilities are: • Head a team of project control experts, planners, reporting and risk managers to drive a high-quality service on major EPC oil and gas projects. • Accountable for meeting the time, cost, and quality targets for the programme, working in close collaboration with the programme director. • Leading the production of periodic reports for the project, commercial, finance and board requirements. • Leading the implementation of the suite of project control management arrangements. • Lead a team and set individuals’ objectives, reviewing performance, undertaking appraisals, and providing on-going feedback. • Drive continuous improvement, sharing of lessons learnt and best practice. • Experience of planning middle and large sized projects from concept to commissioning Experience on PRIMAVERA Qualifications You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following: • BE / B Tech or ME / M Tech Full time engineering degree • Over 23 to 28 years relevant experience in EPC or EP Companies for preferably in Oil and Gas sector. • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills. • Interpret and incorporate industry information advances • Managing team of 90 -100 of employee
