Job Description : Plant Manager - Food & Beverage Manufacturing USA industry Food & Beverage manufacturing company focused on growing their snacking and beverages segment. My client is seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager to lead their Maryland facility. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: • Ownership and accountability for overall plant operations. • Leads the continuous improvement program. • Maintain, measure, and continuously improve employee engagement, safety, quality, customer service, continuous improvement, and cost. • Coach, direct and train employees utilizing Lean principles. • Build a culture of 'accountability and recognition'. To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements: • Minimum 18 years food and beverage manufacturing experience. • Plant Management experience is a MUST. • Experience with Food Processing, HACCP, USDA, and Aseptic Processing. • BSc - Business / Operations / Supply Chain / or other technical degrees.
