Job Description : PRESS SHOP PRODUCTION ENGINEER VIETNAM 15+ years experience Responsible for Sheet metal progressive tool and production. independently Troubleshooting Press tool problems Responsible for Press tool Assembly Understand and follow safety working with machines and safely handling heavy tools Should possess Hands on experience and knowledge of working on conventional tool room machines Ability to understand Engineering drawings, Press tool/Die design, Material specs. Good knowledge of CNC process of Toolroom- EDM, VMC, Wirecut Knowledge of CAD software, MS office Maintain Toolroom documents and 5S Ability to check Die/Press tool parts Hands on measuring instruments- Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Height gauge. Should possess good knowledge of Sheetmetal stamping processes and die setup Can visit vendors to get Job done, able to effectively communicate vendor B.E. ( Mech )
