Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD TAIWAN A world-leading retail company is recruiting a Head of Finance in Taiwan to join their team. In this job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth. • Ensure monthly closing and records are accurate and in compliance with Taiwan GAAP and accounting practice • Provide relevant market insight and financial impact to various department heads from financial perspective • Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly P&L, forecast, budget by division and variance analysis result to point out the key driver • Mitigate key elements of the company potentail finance risk • Monitor and supervise all legal issue to ensure all business activities is in compliance • 10+ years total accounting or finance experience • Big 4 audit firm experience • Demonstrated entrepreneurship and leadership ability to motivate staffs • Excellent analytical, strong business acumen and problem-solving skills • Strong analytically and developed business acumen • Knowledge in retail or fashion industry
