Job Description : Chief Operating Officer (Automobile Sales & Service Firm) in Lagos For a leading Chinese Automobile brand distributor in Nigeria. The Company is looking to hire an experienced COO to oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and business. Job Summary: The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Chairman. S/he will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, hence must be an experienced and efficient leader. The overall objective of the COO is to secure the functionality of the business and to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Key Requirements: 10+ years’ work experience in the Automobile sector or a multinational firm, of which 3 years must be in a managerial capacity. MBA, MSc., Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Project Management or other relevant discipline Must demonstrate highly level business acumen and leadership skill to help achieve the organizational goal and objectives. Excellent communication and people influencing skills. Must have a high energy to inspire others to deliver result and good problem solving skill.
