Export Manager

Job Description : Export Manager Will be based in Kama Industries Limited (an Aspen Group Company), Accra, Ghana Job Description: 1. Deliver the highest standards of customer service / support. 2. A strong understanding of pharma business operations and procedures involved in French West Africa and Anglo West African countries. 3. To implement the business plan set by the Organization and continuously improve performance in the assigned territories. 4. Build and promote focus products to increase the market share & profitability by developing long-lasting customer relationships. 5. Achieve growth by successfully managing the primary & secondary sales. 6. Monitor customer’s inventory to plan & forecast liquidation of stocks. 7. Identify emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. 8. Should have a close monitoring on market dynamics. 9. Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution. 10. Timely as well as correct reporting of all sales and marketing related activities in assigned markets. 11. Will be based in Ghana reporting to General Sales Manager (Ghana & Nigeria). Key Competencies: • A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent. • Relevant previous experience in French West Africa & Anglo West African countries. • Willing to travel in assigned territories. • Ability to communicate fluently (both written & spoken) in French and English • Ability to analyze, understand and convey business, sales & marketing Information. • Ability to work and deliver under minimum supervision and should be self driven
