Job Description : Head of Trucking Division in Dubai. Requirement: Min experience of 10 years in Sales in similar industry Should have Fleet Management experience Excellent leadership skills Job Description: Develop independently new sales revenue for the company . Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices Maintaining safety standards for drivers Ensure to service sales calls with prospective and existing customer. Communicating with dispatch to ensure that drivers have accurate information about their routes Conducting regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order Establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations Reviewing safety reports to identify opportunities for improvement Assigning routes to drivers based on customer needs and other factors Truck coordination with the drivers.
