Job Description : HEAD OF INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY KUWAIT Head of Information & Technology in the leading Remittance and Money Exchange Co. Industry at Kuwait Location. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT Professional with deep experience in leading and managing a Development team in the Financial Services sector. He/ She will be leading the IT team of Exchange consisting of 50+ members. He/ She would be required to execute IT Projects, develop road map for future and make executive decisions in the area of IT. He / She would be managing a technology budget and implementing investments to align the company with its vision for its technological needs. He / She needs to be a strategic thinker, a project executioner and an expert in technological development. He / She would be reporting to Director - Financial Services Group. Responsibilities: The HOD's technical skills require expertise in multichannel (Branches / KIOSK / Web / Mobile) application development and delivery. Manage a team of Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Developers, QA and IT-Operations located across India, Kuwait, Egypt, etc. Capacity planning/upgrade related to IT infrastructure and DR in line with Information Security Controls. Identify and work with Vendors for Special services including but not limited to Security monitoring and solutions, AML Solutions, Network Management, OTP management, and others. Mandatory: · Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field. · 15+ years working in a technological role. · 8+ years of managerial experience. · Advanced technological skills. · Proven Project Management skills · Excellent Team Management skills. · Superb verbal and written communication. · Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
