To ensure 100% ach. of budget through the allocated team of Rsms/ Dsms and Psrs respectively. 4. To ensure professional relationship/ coordination with the concerned Business partner / Distributor . 5. To ensure on the job training/ scientific /compliance training to all field members. 6. To ensure max business with minimum of resources . 7. To ensure profit with growth in business. Desired Candidate Profile - 1. Graduate in Pharmacy / Life Sciences and should not be more than 45 years of age. 2. He should possess excellent communication skills & personality. 3.
