Job Description : CEO AUSTRALIA Retail Lifestyle Company which has a JV with International backing is wanting to expand its footprint in the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a an impact across all facets of this SME business while driving financial performance to meet organisational objectives. Your new role This role leads the development and implementation of initiatives at every level of the company that aligns with the strategic plan and potential longer term IPO. The position will partner with an entrepreneurial board made up of experienced start up founders to plan for short and long term outcomes; implementing new business practices and continuous improvement methods; whilst engaging employees to drive a strong performance culture. What you'll need to succeed A CEO position or similar role, ideally from retail, listed or P/E portfolio environment. International experience and a strong business network that will enable the role to effectively represent the company in capital raising and investor presentations that will drive growth. Outstanding people leadership skills with proven ability to articulate a clear vision and maintain a positive culture.
