Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER VIETNAM FOR FLEXI In this role, you will manage manpower and all production activities in order to keep production departments running in an efficient state. Oversees day-to-day workflow of production staff Manage operation of all production processes Oversees day-to-day workflow of production staff Manage operation of all production processes Manage the BOPP-Production Assign the BOPP-Production plan Give support and train the subordinates in BOPP-Production and perform other tasks Coordinate with related divisions/departments both internally and externally Resolve the difficulties within the BOPP-Production and other tasks and ensure the efficiency and efficacy of the outcome as stated in the policy Endorse the tasks in BOPP-Production and other related tasks Attend meetings for planning and allocating policy of the company Develop the products, the quality of products according to customer’s satisfaction Perform other tasks as assigned Production management experience (BOPP, BOPET) Possess the knowledge/ ability to manage the production Ability to create accountability and to lead by example Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
