Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD MALAYSIA In this role, you will lead, direct and guide the finance team as well as formulate financial strategies, plans, controls, guidelines and measures to support the organisation to achieve the financial goals and obligations. Key Responsibilities: Formulate cash management and investment strategies Identify and prioritise potential financial institutions, digital financiers and/or investors for funding Monitor, advise and provide solutions on financial matter Establish the CAPEX and OPEX cost to operationalise the organisation Liaise with auditors and accounting bodies for updates of new financial standards Establish financial control policies and procedures to ensure adherence to financial standards Engage, negotiate and formalise contract to secure funding for financial assistance initiatives To succeed in this Head of Finance job, you will need to have the experience working in the field of agrotech or IT. Key Requirements: Degree in finance, accounting, economics or equivalent Professional qualifications in accounting/financial related or whichever is equivalent Member of any recognised professional finance/accounting body 10 - 12 years of experience in a similar role This is a local based Malaysian company with expertise in agriculture. The transformation program across the region will look into up-scaling the company for better growth, excellence and revenue.
