Job Description : PLANT MANAGER SPAIN Reporting to the Director of National Operations, the functions of the position will be: Coordinate the assembly processes of the plant, supervising the operations and ensuring the application of the procedures. Quality management. Communication with the client of all operations, development and management of expectations and implementation of new lines of business. Management of the work team. Administrative management of the site. Optimization of processes in coordination with all areas and applying Lean manufacturing tools. Requirements: Technical engineering education or higher. Experience of more than 18 years in an assembly plant in the industrial sector, valued in the automotive sector. Remarkable skill and experience in team management. Ability to make decisions and prioritize actions. Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: lean manufacturing, six sigma.
