Quality Head

Job Description : HEAD QUALITY AND FOOD SFETY CENTRAL AFRICA FOR AGRO PROCESS Provide a Quality roadmap in line with the growth plans of the organization. Strategize and design processes, ensure deployment and continuous process improvements. Review and strategize the process models in the context of the business scenarios. Review Industry standards and best practices for assimilation. Develop and improve the Quality standards and measures for the Organization. Develop a team of quality SPOCs across the organization and ensure active participation in the quality agenda. Work collaboratively with Head - Operations in order to ensure that the quality practices are developed in line with the requirements of regulatory bodies. Provide guidance and support to teams regarding Quality Standard implementation and ensure development of effective systems and processes for evaluation. Report on Organization wide Quality reports with interpretation and assessment and make recommendations for Quality improvement. Help develop training for all employees in Quality improvement principles and compliance requirements. Conduct awareness training to all key stakeholders in Operations and Quality team. Ensure compliance to all FSSC, ISO-22000, IFS, BRC, GFSI, GMP, HALAL, Food Safety Laws and Microbiological techniques. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of work experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety specifically in FMCG/ Agro/Food /Meat industry, out of which 5 years of Africa experience preferred.
