Job Description : EXPORT HEAD ASIA OUT OF SINGAPORE a global leading FMCG company specialising in food and dairy products. With a vision to grow their brand within ASIA, they are currently looking for a Head of ASIA (Export) to help implement strategies and drive the brand forward. This is a newly created perm role based in Singapore. You will be reporting directly to the SVP International of the business. Your main job responsibilities include: · Market expansion for our products of the company primarily in SEA/ASIA region. · To plan and execute an effective marketing plan to create awareness and demand thereby increase market share. · Increase Visibility and availability of our products, growing the category of the business. · Designs business development strategy, product portfolio and go-to-market strategy for all identified retail export countries · Responsible for P&L management of the business · Responsible for selection of distributors such as negotiating, signing and managing distributor contracts; and managing distributor relations. · At least 18 years of experience in Sales (distributor management and category management) within the FMCG food industry · Experience covering regional markets will be an added advantage · Proven track record on defining and implementing the sales strategy in the best way in different countries · Strong financial understanding and a record of managing a P&L · Willing to be hands-on, a go-getter and possess entrepreneur mindset
