Regional Sales Director

Job Description : REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR MEA an MNC specialised in the building and construction materials sector, the are looking to recruit a Sales Director to be responsible for Middle East & Africa to support their growth in the region. · Developing and implementing a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets of over 350 million USD in the Middle East and Africa regions, with a specific focus on the construction steel industry · Building and managing a large sales team of over 45 people to achieve sales goals and objectives · Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key customers and partners in the construction steel industry · Maintaining a strong understanding of the construction steel market and trends in the Middle East and Africa regions · Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales and overall business strategies · Providing regular reporting and analysis on sales activities and results to senior management · Managing the sales budget and forecasting future sales · Leading sales negotiations and closing deals · Traveling frequently to the Middle East and Africa region to meet with customers and partners · Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in the construction steel industry, specifically in the Middle East and Africa regions · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue · Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing a large sales team · Strong knowledge of the construction steel market and trends in the Middle East and Africa regions · Excellent communication and negotiation skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
