Job Description : Chief Manufacturing Officer -Chemicals/Agrochemicals Gujarat & North India (Multiple Manufacturing Operations ) Looking for a Dynamic & a Capable leader to lead & Manage Multiple Manufacturing Operations of Large Chemical/Agrochemical Organisations Would be Responsible for Manufacturing Operations , Technical Services , Operational Excellence & Health Safety & Environment A Technically Sound Professional having a Passion to Drive Change & Implement long Term Strategy of the Organisation Achievement Orientation on Targets & Ensure On time Delivery of finished Products to the Customers. Would Manage & Leverage on Optimum Utilisation of Resources , Drive Efficiency , Cost Optimisation Plan , Productivity Improvements through Lean & Manufacturing Excellence Tools. Implement & Monitor Quality Management Systems. Health, Safety & Env. & Create a Strong ECO System at the Plant Management of Internal /External Environment & Lead CSR Initiatives Qualification & Experience The Incumbent Should be a Chemical Engineer from a Good Institute with About 25-30 years of Experience in any Chemical/Agrochemical Organisation Should Possess Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
