General Manager Finance

Job Description : General manager – Finance UAE to take care of end to end financial controls and accounting procedures. The candidate should be well versed with Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Developing Budgets, Financial Skills, Dealing with Complexity and Responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. Manage complete financial controls and accounting procedures. Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company. Preparing of monthly and annual financial plans with the CEO Monthly, quarterly and annual closing on timely basis along with preparation of accurate MIS Working capital management with controls on debtors and inventory management Commercial assistance to Purchase function and review product costing and gross margin management Cover entire aspects related to Banking & Finance Tracking cash flow & financial planning. Ensuring cash flow management to ensure smooth functioning of the company Full responsibility of audit – both internal and statutory and ensuring timely financial closure of books of accounts Responsible for VAT & Corporate Tax in UAE Overall responsible for total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA) 20+ years in finance and 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position
