Job Description : GENERAL MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE Position Title: General Manager – Automotive Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 80K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known diverse group of companies in UAE Job Description: Oversee all aspects of an automotive dealership’s daily operations, including staffing, procedures, operational budget, and sales monitoring. Hire, train, and motivate all dealership department managers. Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit to the dealer for approval. Meet with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance. Communicate management policies and procedures to all employees and ensure that they are understood and followed Qualifications: Male, 55 years old and below Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any Engineering related Strong knowledge in automotive industry and trends is required Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehicles Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
