Job Description : FINANCIAL CONTROLLER IVC Position: Account Controller/Financial Controller for RCN and other soft commodities Other benefits : Bachelor accommodation, transport, telephone, yearly one month paid vacation with return air fare economy to hometown, bonus, health insurance for self and family, retirement benefits Job Description: A. Daily Reporting o Data collection and entry into Excel from various procurement origins B. Controlling & Verification o Frequent cross-check of origin account documents physically. C. Reconciliation o Month wise reconciliation of various accounts head as listed under fixed expenses against management approved budget. D. Seasonal/Yearly Budget planning o Prepare origin wise budget forecast well before the season in coordination with the respective country manager/responsible. o Budget control during the season. E. Funds and forex Management o Follow up outstanding payment to suppliers, vendors and service providers for each origin F. Origin account management/Administration o Make sure tax /license related compliances are fully honoured and submitted on time. G. Business development o Support the management in developing new markets and/or commodities trough data management and reporting Account Controller required skills: A. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially MS-Excel; B. Interest to collaborate with external remote support to develop current reporting C. Minimum 2 years in accounting. D. Africa experience will be added advantage to the candidate. E. Should be proficient in English language (spoken, writing and articulating) F. Basic knowledge of French language will be an added advantage to the candidate. G. Should be ready to travel within and/or outside Africa. Qualification & Age: A. Minimum Graduation with Commerce specialization. B.
