General Manager 
15 yearsJob Description : GM OMAN FOR DAIRY PLANT Main Accountabilities: Strategic Areas: Ensure the organization and its mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. Liaise with regulatory bodies’ officials, if assigned, regarding standards, limits, and methods of control. Corporate Dev. Strategy and Planning: Oversees & approves programs and agenda for main Opportunities on Product Development initiatives to assure corporate development and sustainable growth. Business Development: Oversees & approve programs and agenda for main Opportunities for New Business, and ventures, including its financial/technical and risk assessment for the decision taken process on Legal: Oversees Legal function strategy, by providing direction on strategic priorities and related implementation plans. Information Management: Oversees Data & Enterprise Content Strategy, Policies and Standards, Governance, and Data warehouse; to support Information Management & Transformation for competitive advantages. Commercial: Lead and oversees the development and execution of the commercial strategy, foundations, initiatives, l Planning & Strategy, and Retail initiatives; to ensure the national and international commercial expansion Business Acumen Demonstrate strong general business knowledge, skills and awareness, as well as relevant technical and professional skills. Understand the organization and what it takes to get things done, and benchmark skills, activities and results. Establish and maintain formal and informal networks and relationships with key stakeholders both inside (in other units and functions) and outside the organization. Translate facility priorities and objectives into concrete short- and long-term directions, plans and budget objectives for the company. Establish and continually improve work processes. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial' needs and requirements. Hold self and others accountable to ensure plans lead to successful, measurable results and outcomes. Financial administration Oversee the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit. Review and manage the financial performance in the company, in order to bring about increase in sales activities and directing the funds into accurate channels. Ensure that businesses do not pile up more capital than required in the form of working capital. Provide prompt, thorough, and accurate information to keep the board and stakeholders appropriately informed of the organization’s financial position. Ensure that all the business risks are adequately covered by appropriate measures. Experience: The position requires a minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in the same senior management role. Corporate Management experience Experience in the Food industry preferred. Demonstrated track record of delivering results across a broad spectrum of businesses and dealing and communicating effectively up and down the stakeholder hierarchy. Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business and/or Finance & Accounting (Preferred)
