Job Description : MD SOUTH AND EAST AFRICA FOR ALFA LAVAL to provide excellent strategic leadership and responsibility for the successful growth and management of our business in South-East Africa, If you are a passionate, inspiring and forward-thinking business leader, we have a great opportunity to advance your career in Alfa Laval! This position requires an individual who is a strong and engaging 'roll up the sleeves' leader with experience running a high- performance team. Develop the Sales company towards a customer centric organization aligned with Alfa Laval Strategy Continue the development of profitable growth by managing, executing and monitoring business development, sales and service activities. Develop and deliver a market strategy and drive business performance to achieve challenging targets. Secure that efficient sales and service processes are fully implemented. Work together with Regional Divisions to set the market development priorities. Lead the human resource development of the country and/or entity and ensure we have the right people in place securing a high-performance organization. Lead the local Management Team giving the direction and ensuring that they are leading their division/departments according with the local strategy. Ensure compliance with the Alfa Laval Corporate Governances and local Regulations. Secure the Sales Company Transformation Strategy of Global Sales and Service and MEA is drive and visible implemented. Be a permanent member of the MEA Management Team contributing to the whole MEA S3 Strategy and securing Southern Africa is well represented You are a Leader by Nature, good communicator, Drive and Energy, with proven records on Company Transformations. You are Open Minded willingness to learn the complexity of Alfa Laval. Customer Oriented with high quality standards mindset and high level of beliefs in Business Principles, Ethics and Compliances. Our future MD is a young entrepreneur with proven experiences in leadership position Capital Sales and Service businesses in Alfa Laval Very good knowledge on the laws and regulations in South Africa is key, you will lead the overall team, but the Business is safeguarded by the Division Heads in Dubai, while the compliance and processes of the company is more a local thing this person will be on top of it. Excellent English Skills if you speak Portuguese is even a plus. This position is directly responsible for leading manager/s of the division and indirectly responsible for all team members within the region This role reports to the cluster president India Middle East and Africa.
