This client is a growing Injection-blow molding Manufacture. As Plant Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the employees and processes within the plant and ensuring that objectives are carried out in an effective, cost-efficient manner: Planning, organization, control, and direction of the company will be your primary initiative. ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????? - ???????????? ???????????????? & ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? • Responsibility for a designated team of employees within the facility, including performance management, absence management, and training and development. • Oversee the coordination and supervision of team activities to ensure effective and efficient running within the plant. • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. • Ensure compliance with statutory and company obligations, & Health & Safety. • Coordinate plant maintenance activities with production schedules. • Ensure daily maintenance activities are completed, recorded and corrective action plans implemented in conjunction with the Operations Supervisor • Make certain that manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality, and responsiveness. • Assist in developing short and long-term strategies to reduce costs, and improve the supply chain. • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required by the company. ???????????????????? ???????????????????????????? – ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????: • Plant management experience in an injection or blow molding manufacturing environment. • 18+ years of experience with 8+ in leading a team. • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise. • Bachelor’s degree. • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, and production processes. • Good communication skills – both written and verbal. • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite. • Experienced with ERP Software.
