Job Description : Director of Retail DUBAI UAE Minimum 10 years in retail operations (foodservice experience beneficial but not essential) Demonstrated ability to lead large operations teams Intricate knowledge of retail operational processes and KPIs Strong English skills, written and spoken Knowledge of SAP an asset Main accountabilities: Build and lead a robust and highly engaged Operations team of 500+ Deliver outstanding customer service Ensure strong operational processes incl. logistics, customs interactions & loss prevention Drive and deliver store contribution by continuously optimizing all operational levers Continuously improve retail processes, offering and performance over the network Business priorities: Become familiar with the company operating model, and complement as required Operational organizational chart & job descriptions Standard Operating Procedures and system (SAP/TCPOS) specifics KPIs and supporting tracking tools Store/platform opening plan
