Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER GERMANY You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the whole German business including having full P&L Responsibility for the country and reporting directly into the COO & CEO of the company. Industry Knowledge Needed: Pharma TIC Renewables & Environment (TIC industry knowledge) What we expect from you: Assistance in the scheduling of onsite and offsite testing as well as maintenance of equipment Responsible for delegating training of all new staff Provide technical support to staff across the country Travelling to facilities in Germany to assist where needed Educate operations team in regulatory standards Extensive knowledge of applicable regulatory standards Key characteristics: 2-5 years' experience in a Country Manager role in another TIC company 10+ years' TIC experience / relevant industry experience Open minded Knowledge of organizational structure Proven leadership ability in a smaller sized business / start up Strong communication skills / personal / cooperative Relevant degree or equivalent qualification(s)
