You will directly report to the COO/DCOO/Group Board. You will provide support to the Group General Manager and the COO and will be responsible to ensure that the company achieve its business objectives, you will be the Head of a tenured yarn manufacturing unit, Responsible person for revenue generation, profitability, productivity, operations, and staff management. You will also be Responsible for restructuring and modernizing the business to meet competitive standards. In this role, you will serve as a referent and a leader, to advice people and provide thoughtful, progressive and strategic guidance. Manage P&L & company budget to meet revenue targets, and achieve cost reduction and margin improvement.
