Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA Achieve pre-determined group KPI targets. Re-structure and modernize the organization policy, procedures, process, plant & machinery in line with international standards in order to meet competitive benchmarks. Production planning and control. Coordinate with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status, and product costing and to discuss capacity status of the factory/s. Motivate employees and enrich their knowledge through information exchange Identify raw material purchasing requirement, find suitable suppliers of high standard raw material and negotiate best possible price.
