Job Description : GLOBAL CFO EMEA The ideal candidate will hold accountability for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations. Responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning and analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions. Responsibilities Finance Transformation - Mentor all work stream leads for the company. Project Management – Work on all trading updates, finance and tax due diligence updates. Challenge business on their top line shortfalls and SG&A over budget spend. DSO & DPO Net Reduction- Optimise all credit given to customers worldwide PAT delivery to Treasury and Parent- Keeping working capital under control, maximising cash pooling from offices, maintaining bank covenants Controls and Compliance - Engage with RFCs Create an agile finance team structure to manage group growth Financial professional with minimum 15 – 18 years of experience Working as a CFO or similar capacity in a dynamic environment.
